- Include at least one real photo of the item, property, or service where possible
- Only advertise items or services that you legally own or have the right to sell
🚫 You MUST NOT post:
- Pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit content
- Gambling services or betting advertisements
- Prostitution or escort services
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition (unless legally permitted in your jurisdiction)
- Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent goods
- Scam offers, phishing links, or misleading advertisements
- Payday loans, predatory financial services, or get-rich-quick schemes
- Spam, duplicate listings, or listings posted in irrelevant categories
- Content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- Personal information of other individuals without their consent
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence
Violations will result in immediate removal of the listing and may result in permanent account suspension.
6. Moderation & Removal of Listings
Hype4Free reserves the right to:
- Review all listings before they go live on the website
- Remove any listing that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
- Ban any user who repeatedly violates our policies
- Edit listing categories if a listing has been posted in an incorrect category
We are not obligated to provide reasons for the removal of any listing.
7. No Involvement in Transactions
Hype4Free is a classifieds platform only. We do not:
- Take part in any transaction between buyers and sellers
- Handle payments, deposits, or money transfers of any kind
- Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing
- Provide shipping, delivery, or logistics services
- Offer buyer or seller protection of any kind
All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller. Hype4Free bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, fraud, or dispute arising from a transaction made through our platform.
8. Safety Warning
Never pay in advance without seeing the item in person. Once payment leaves your hands, there is no recourse for recovery or refunds through Hype4Free. We strongly advise:
- Always meet in a safe, public place
- Never send money via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards to someone you have not met
- Be cautious of listings that seem too good to be true
- Report suspicious listings to us immediately via the Contact page
